General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by Zweena Body Care, within 15 days of shipping date for a full refund.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We will not return items or products that have been used or damaged by any outside parties of Zweena Body Care.
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than Zweena Body Care Online Shop may not be returned to us.


Returns Policy Overview
You may return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled by within 15 days of shipping date for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us via our Customer Service Email and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
